Rest 30 Seconds and then…
Plank Hold with Shoulder Taps
10 reps per side alternating which shoulder you tap with on each rep (20 total)
This one’s a bit more challenging. This variation forces your body to stabilize on one side while the other side moves. The result over time? Improved shoulder stability and a more defined midsection.

Side Plank Hold - 30 second hold on each side
Shape your waist by strengthening your obliques with this version of a plank. Also, helps in improving shoulder stabilization and easing back pain.
