A few tips on Against-the-Wall Backstrokes:⠀

- Keep your back, glutes and heels firmly against the wall.⠀
- As your arm moves back, keep your arms straight, and don't bend your wrists.⠀
- Let your arm go back as far as you can without compromising your form. You might not make it all the way back, that's okay. Over time, by performing exercises like this, your range of motion will improve.⠀
