Fix Your F-ed Up Shoulders

I know it all too well: the creaks, the tightness, the inflammation.  I have had lingering shoulder issues for years. Although shoulder discomfort still pops up for me occasionally, I am happy to report my joints are healthier and more mobile now than ever. How did I do it? Through corrective exercise.

Here’s an example of an exercise designed to improve shoulder function. If you don’t have any shoulder issues (yet) this is a great way to prevent future injury.
