Fitness is a Choice (and you should choose it)

Fitness.

It’s not something you do for 90 days or 6 weeks.

It’s a way of life, a part of who you are, because your body, this temporary vessel that houses your thoughts, your being, your soul, it’s yours forever. And it’s the only one you’ve got.

So why not commit to taking care of it?

You owe it to yourself.

Fitness is a choice;

A choice to live more

Choose fitness. Choose life.

Choose fitness for the things you want to do, the places you want to see, the things you wish you could do (and you can).

Choose fitness for the people you love.

Choose fitness.

Choose life.

Choose love.

Choose you.
