Hey there!
Welcome to the Fit as Buck Community. This program is for active folks that feel bored, stalled or frustrated with their current fitness program and are ready to take their fitness to the next level.
FUNDAMENTALS OF FITNESS
Although this isn’t a beginner program, it’s important that as you proceed to Buck Up your fitness game, that you do so safely and with a deep understanding of the Fundamentals of Fitness.
Before starting the program, I highly recommend that you read through the Fundamentals of Fitness guide I’ve put together for you. Even if you already know most of the information covered in the Fundamentals guide, it can only serve you well to reinforce these very important concepts. Who knows- you might learn something new—one small tweak or adjustment that is a total game changer—just the thing you needed to learn to BUCK UP!
USER’S GUIDE
After reviewing the Fundamentals, you should read THE BUCK UP USER’S GUIDE. As the name suggests, this is a guide to using the workouts included in the program.
THE WORKOUTS
This is a 6-week program containing four workouts per week. For most of the program, workouts are divided into PULL WORKOUTS, PUSH WORKOUTS, LOWER BODY WORKOUTS and CORE/ CARDIO workouts.
The first week is designed to acclimate the body for what is to follow throughout the program; it’s a primer of sorts. The workouts on week one are broken up into UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY, CORE/CARDIO and TOTAL BODY.
